1.Automatic bottle blow moulding machine

The man-machine interface is easy to operate. Everything is computerized, including temperature adjustment and preform distribution.

Preform unscrambling, loading, bottle handling and ordering are all operated by stainless steel manipulator automatically without a second contamination.

2.Servo filling machine

The machine adopt servo motorr driven, containers will be sent to the position, then the filling heads will dive into the container, filling volume and filling time can be set in orderly. When it filled up to the standard, servo motor go up, container will be sent out, one working cycle is finished. Suitable for various low viscosity material, and various shaped containers. Confirm the quantity of the filling heads according to the production capacity requirements.

3.Servo capping machine

Automatic capping machine adopts rotary plate to positioning the bottle and capping.
The type machine is widely used in packaging cosmetic,chemical,foods,pharmaceutical,pesticides industry and so on.The bottle capping machine adopts Frequency controlled drive,and transportation exit is adjustable,so it could meet different packaging machinery pipeline request.
It uses PLC programmable control.Structure compact,just used similar size of bottles and caps.

4.Sticker labeling machine

This labeling machine is specially designed and has specificity. It is specially used for labeling on the circumference side of round bottles or positioning labeling. After being familiar with this equipment, it can be applied to labeling round bottles in other industries, such as food cans, cosmetic round bottles.

5.Shrink packing machine

It is widely used in combined packaging of beverages, food, pharmaceutical and chemical products. It can be packaged in square, round and flat shapes, with excellent visual effects. It is the preferred supporting equipment for beer and beverage filling production lines.
