1.Bottle unscrambler

This machine is used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles. Disordered bottles are sent into the bottle unscrambler's bottle ring via a bottle elevator. With the thrust of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle grid and position themselves through the bottle turning device and the bottle shifting device. In the device, the bottles are arranged so that the mouth of the bottle stands upright, and is output into the next process through the air-feeding bottle conveying system. The body of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series of materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems are selected from imported parts. The whole working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment failure rate is low and the reliability is high.

2.Oil filling machine

It is with liquid crystal display, precise quantitative filling volume, and no leakage. There is overload clutch protection device at the star wheels of bottle in-feed and out-feed, so the machine will automatically stop and alarm if abnormal case happens.

7.Automatic carton sealer

Can automatically fold the top cover and seal the upper and lower of carton. The auxiliary wheels on both sides assist the machine to seal the box, which ensures that the adhesive tape will not be skewed. Immediately after the L-shaped corner push, the carton is conveyed to perform the four-corner sealing operation, which is simple and practical. This type of sealing machine is widely used in food, medicine, beverage, tobacco, daily chemical and other domestic and foreign industries.
