RCGF series juice filling line is used to produce PET bottled juice within the volume from 200ml to 2000ml.different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 1500B/H to 25000B/H.this machine incorporates ringsing,filling and capping into one kind of full-automatic equipment.It is suitable for producing PET and Plastic bottled juice and tea.The method of filling adopts hot filling .The equipment is fitted with advanced Mitshbishi PLC to control the operation and cooperated by frequency converter of the main motor.it makes the operation more stable and reliable.the photoelectric sensor is used to detect operating confitions of each section,which makes the operation of this equipment highly automatic and convenient.

The water treatment equipment includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, hollow fiber filter, ozone generator, ozone mixing tower and water tank, etc.
The system include: sugar melting, syrup filter, syrup storage tank, diatomaceous filter, Mixing tank, hot water storage tank,
homogenizer, vacuum de-aerator machine (degassing system) ,ultra-high temperature sterilizer and CIP.
UHT Plate type Sterilizer is PLC controlled,with optional capacity from 1t/hr to 15t/hr.The system work in aseptic section and normal section, for the technical require-ments of filling at low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature.
CIP is specially designed for the clean-up of beverage production line and filling equipment, with three cleaning sections of
acid, alkali and heated water.
Laser marking machines handle nearly every industrial marking and DPM (Direct Part Marking) task. Metals, plastics, ceramics, glass etc. are processed efficiently and contact-free. All desired contents are applied repeatedly accurate and reliably: 2D, DMC and alphanumeric codes, simple serial numbers, complex logos, graphics, structures. Depending on the material and application task, the process is laser marking, engraving or deep engraving.
The machine can simultaneously achieve two-sided circumferential surface labeling and labeling features to satisfy the flat
bottles, square bottles and bottle shaped single-sided and double side labeling, the entire circumference of the cylindrical body,
a half weeks labeling, widely used cosmetics industry, daily chemical industry.
Optional Tape printer and inkjet printer to achieve the production date printed on the label and batch information to achieve
labeling – endowed integration.
The machine is suitable for wrapping of such products as pop top, mineral water , bottles. beer, drinks etc. Working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly , the whole production process adopts the Germany advanced technics, and the main parts are imported from international famous companies. It consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
